Wellness guru Pedram Shojai has built an empire
LAKE FOREST, Calif. - Pedram Shojai doesn't have a chair at his desk.

His is the life of "the urban monk." That's also the name of his latest book, which peaked at No. 11 on Feb. 24 on The New York Times best-seller list in the "advice, how-to and miscellaneous" category.
